Our homes at Wintringham are just a mile away from the St Neots town centre. Boasting a nice combination of national and independent retailers, it also has a wide choice of lovely cafés, bars, restaurants and pubs.

There are also a number of shops in the local area where you can pick up your everyday essentials, or carry out your weekly shop. Situated just down the road from our Wintringham community are a range of convenience stores – as well as a Lidl, a Waitrose, and an M&S Simply Food.

St Neots is also home to one of the largest Market Squares in England, which hosts regular markets – including a weekly Charter Market, and a Farmer’s Market every couple of weeks. It also hosts a number of events throughout the year, so be sure to check-in.

Located in the southwest corner of Cambridgeshire, Wintringham offers excellent transport connections, not only in St Neots and the surrounding areas but also throughout the UK. This is in part thanks to the nearby train station that provides direct links to London within 40 minutes and throughout Cambridgeshire and  Hertfordshire.

Our homes at Wintringham are located just three and a half miles away from the A1 which allows for easy access to London.  

Jetting off somewhere? From St Neots, you can be at either Luton or Stansted airports in just over 45 minutes.

You’re never short on leisure activities to do in St Neots. The town is home to a bowling alley, a cinema complex, and a number of arts and entertainment hubs – including a museum, craft studio, and trampoline park!

As a gorgeous countryside town, St Neots is rich in green space for you to explore including the stunning 72-acre Riverside Park. The picturesque space hosts frequent events throughout the year including the Dragon Boat Festival, the St Neots Rowing Regatta, and multiple Sunday concerts during the summer. Also in the park, you’ll find the Riverside Miniature Railway which operates throughout the summer season from Easter through to October where passengers can soak in the stunning scenery on display.

The 52-mile-long River Ouse also runs through the town. Enjoy a day out with a difference by hiring out a boat from the nearby Rivermill Marina and exploring the meandering river.

For keen golfers, there is the St Neots Golf Club which is home to an 18 -hole golf course and a number of practice facilities including a driving range and an indoor swing studio.
