5 steps to make your move simple
1. Choose your new Durkan home and register with our Assisted Move service.
2. We’ll arrange for one or more trusted local estate agents to value your existing property, and agree a selling price.*
3. We’ll work with the estate agent to market your property.
4. When a buyer is found you can reserve your Durkan home.
5. Once completed, we’ll even pay the estate agent’s fees.
